About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure software applications as part of an Agile team in Pune.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and product owners to translate requirements into software solutions incorporating AI-enabled capabilities.
- Utilize modern software engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud technologies, and AI tools to improve software quality and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience or a Master’s Degree.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or C#.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Linux environments, version control (Git), API/microservices development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience integrating AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLMs into software applications, demonstrating ability with AI-enabled development.
- Previous exposure to or interest in aviation or similarly high-tech, secure, regulated, or mission-critical environments.
- Ability to operate effectively within global or multicultural teams and Agile settings focusing on reliable, scalable software delivery.
