About This Role
- Lead design, development, integration, and delivery of scalable, secure software solutions supporting air traffic operations.
- Serve as technical leader within Agile teams, leveraging modern programming, DevOps, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure software meets quality, reliability, and regulatory requirements in a safety-critical environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline; relevant experience may substitute degree.
- 8+ years of relevant software development experience or Master’s degree plus 6+ years experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or C# and related software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and familiarity with AI/ML or generative AI application development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing software for highly regulated, safety-critical, and mission-critical environments, preferably aviation or similar high-tech field.
- Demonstrates expertise across software lifecycle, from design to maintenance, with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Capable of leading technical efforts in scalable distributed systems and cloud-native AI-enabled applications with a focus on quality and security.
