About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants to provide expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling and travel management.
- Collaborate with global process owners and end users to design and deliver global SAP solutions, including country-specific localizations.
- Oversee projects ensuring compliance with development standards, change control, and SAP global template while managing contracted resources for timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in supporting and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI-CO modules and integration including bank interfaces, credit card payment interfaces, and middleware with SAP ECC or SAP S4HANA.
- Experience working globally with diverse cultures, time zones, and communication challenges.
- SAP Certification in relevant modules preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing multidisciplinary and contracted SAP consultancy teams with accountability for deliverables.
- Strong technical and functional understanding of SAP FICO workflows and integration points within SAP modules.
- Comfortable operating in a global matrix environment interacting with process owners and end users to implement statutory and regulatory compliant solutions.
