About This Role
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounting transactions, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, budgeting, and project-wise financial monitoring to ensure financial health and accuracy.
- Coordinate audits, prepare management reports, guide junior staff, and improve financial processes for efficient operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting is mandatory.
- 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience required.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance is essential.
- Work experience in construction or real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing full-spectrum finance functions including project accounting and statutory compliance in medium to large organizations.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments such as HR, procurement, audits, and project teams for financial operations.
- Capable of handling budgeting, cost control, and preparing detailed MIS reports to support management decisions.
