About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of ETL pipelines and data integration services for the Alpha Data Platform.
- Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries and data loads across batch and real-time scenarios to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate globally to define standards, support client implementations, perform code reviews, and manage deployment processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field; MS preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data integration and orchestration services.
- Strong expertise in ETL tools (Talend Cloud Data Integration), SQL query development and debugging, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud and Snowflake SQL, including database query and performance tuning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in service architecture and providing data-driven solutions for complex client requirements.
- Familiarity with financial domain data and third-party data providers like Bloomberg, Reuters, MSCI is a plus.
- Ability to work across global teams and regions, engaging in standards development and collaborative problem solving.
