About This Role
- Own UX design delivery for one or more product teams focusing on AI-enabled operational tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve workflows and design effective digital tools supporting complex operational and R&D needs.
- Establish lightweight UX design processes and contribute to building a Human-Centered Design practice including shaping AI-forward design pipeline and design system components.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showing complex workflows and enterprise-grade solutions.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.
- Experience collaborating with agile teams and creating end-to-end UX artifacts (journey maps, wireframes, prototypes).
- Proficiency in user-centered design with demonstrated ability to align UX with technical feasibility and business priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Systems thinker experienced in designing for complex ecosystems and operational workflows, especially involving AI and advanced technology.
- Experienced working directly with cross-disciplinary teams including engineers, scientists, and business leaders.
- Capable of building UX design culture in fast-evolving digital environments and contributing to process and practice development.
