About This Role
- Manage and execute proactive and reactive maintenance activities for a financial software solution ensuring operational stability.
- Investigate, debug, reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds, and verify changes to maintain software operability.
- Coordinate support calls, update stakeholders, and participate in shift rotations covering operational needs to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Software Engineering or similar.
- Strong Linux/Unix skills and scripting experience (Shell, Python, Ansible).
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in mobile commerce, online banking, or financial sector IT environments preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service operations/transition (problem, event, incident, change management).
- Ability to work in customer-facing operations with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
