About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 support and own end-to-end application packaging, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment using MSI, MST, MSIX, EXE, App-V, SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft Intune.
- Develop, customize, and automate application deployment solutions using PowerShell and PSADT, ensuring successful rollout and lifecycle management across desktop and VDI environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, VMware Horizon).
- Manage application lifecycle activities including discovery, packaging, patching, upgrades, compliance adherence, and participate in release/change management and modernization initiatives (SCCM to Intune migration).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in application packaging, software distribution, or endpoint management in enterprise environments.
- Proficient with MSI, MST, MSIX, EXE packaging formats; experienced in SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune application deployment and lifecycle management.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills and practical knowledge of packaging for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) platforms including Azure Virtual Desktop and VMware Horizon.

- Experienced in managing application packaging and deployment automation in large-scale enterprise or managed service environments with modern endpoint management platforms.
- Strong operational ownership demonstrated through troubleshooting complex deployment issues, application lifecycle management, and process documentation.
- Familiar with VDI environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, VMware Horizon) and application modernization practices like migration from SCCM to Intune.
