About This Role
- Design and implement security architecture, guardrails, and controls for generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI applications to ensure safety and compliance.
- Conduct AI-specific threat modeling, red teaming, adversarial testing, and automate security/bias evaluation integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with AI and security teams to deploy secure AI solutions on cloud platforms, integrating monitoring, incident response, and compliance enforcement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in software engineering, application security, cloud security, or machine learning engineering.
- 2+ years hands-on experience securing or deploying Agentic AI, Generative AI or AI/ML solutions in production.
- Experience implementing security, privacy, or compliance controls in regulated or enterprise environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in AI security frameworks (OWASP Top 10 LLM, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF) and AI threat defense techniques including prompt injection and jailbreak testing.
- Proficient in AI guardrails, content safety tools, policy-as-code, and cloud security (AWS preferred) with DevSecOps automation skills.
- Strong software engineering background with Python and understanding of AI/ML platforms (LLMs, RAG, MLOps) and experience integrating AI services securely at enterprise scale.
