About This Role
- Manage and lead 3 to 5 business change and transformation initiatives end-to-end including planning, risk management, governance, delivery, and benefits realisation.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international project teams, ensuring projects comply with PMO methodologies and meet stage-gate requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and portfolio reporting while facilitating stakeholder engagement and change management across multiple regions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience managing business change, transformation, or related projects (finance, procurement, technology, data, operations).
- Knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across locations, time zones, and cultures with resource coordination and risk management.
- Recognised project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM) is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
