About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, selection, and onboarding independently.
- Lead employee engagement, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes to enhance employee experience.
- Oversee HR operations through Zoho People and suggest improvements to HR processes and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in BPO / Outsourcing / ITES industry.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing, including LinkedIn recruitment platforms.
- Practical experience in employee engagement, onboarding, and employee relations is essential.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable working independently and making decisions within defined responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Zoho People or similar HRMS platforms and experience conducting campus recruitment or walk-in drives is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with capability to manage multiple hiring requirements and engage with leadership effectively.
