About This Role
- Manage and oversee global mobility compliance administration, relocation, and immigration programs, ensuring service delivery aligns with KPIs/SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to identify risks, develop solutions, and support global mobility service delivery and reporting enhancements.
- Lead a small team and drive continuous improvement in global mobility operations, including data governance and use of AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot to improve efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 16-20 years progressive experience in Global Mobility program management including tax compliance, relocation, and immigration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of tax equalization, cross-border payroll reporting and withholding, and cross-border equity reporting and withholding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experienced in managing complex global mobility operations with strategic oversight and risk management capabilities.
- Strong operational leadership with ability to coordinate cross-functional global teams and vendor relationships.
