About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain software tools compliant with Lam standards across etch and deposition product portfolio.
- Lead and manage software projects involving multiple developers, including ownership of component software and mentoring junior engineers.
- Drive AI-enabled solutions for software engineering productivity and semiconductor equipment diagnostics across cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science, Electronics, or Information Technology).
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in C programming with hardware interfacing and knowledge of RTOS.
- Experience with software development lifecycle including design, implementation, and testing; exposure to AI-assisted software engineering tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-developer software projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted engineering tools for productivity and diagnostics in software development.
- Background or exposure to semiconductor equipment manufacturing and ability to collaborate across software, hardware, and field teams.
