About This Role
- Lead and define end-to-end data migration strategies and governance for Salesforce-powered ITSM platform transformation programs.
- Design scalable, secure data architectures and develop reusable ETL/ELT frameworks supporting enterprise data integration and AI-powered automation.
- Lead and mentor multi-stream Data Engineering teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure quality and timely delivery of data engineering workstreams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall IT experience with minimum 5+ years in Data Engineering, Data Migration, or Data Architecture roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data migration initiatives supporting Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce data models, data engineering tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake), and data governance.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments; no explicit mention of mandatory degree or location constraints.
