About This Role
- Serve as the primary liaison between German-speaking customers and technical teams to ensure clear communication and service delivery.
- Own ticket management by assigning ownership, setting priorities, defining next steps, and driving resolution until closure.
- Coordinate technical teams and manage incident prioritization, risk escalation, and progress reporting to maintain service reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, cloud infrastructure, or related fields.
- Fluent spoken and written German with a supporting certificate; strong English communication skills.
- Experience with customer-facing service delivery, ticketing systems, incident management, and escalation handling.
- Technical understanding sufficient to discuss IT issues and coordinate with engineers; ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
