About This Role
- Own the UX strategy and design for AI-native, complex supply chain enterprise software, focusing on integrating intelligent, AI-driven capabilities into user workflows.
- Lead user research and insight generation combining qualitative, quantitative, and AI-assisted methods to define clear experience directions and simplify complex operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, and AI/Data teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and trustworthy UX delivery aligned with business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications with a focus on simplifying challenging workflows.
- Proven experience designing AI-infused adaptive user experiences involving recommendation systems, automation, conversational interfaces, and decision-support workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership in UX, influencing product direction and collaborating across product, engineering, and design teams.
- Portfolio showing end-to-end product UX from problem framing to shipped outcomes, with strong systems thinking in technical domains like integrations and supply chain systems.
