About This Role
- Lead global sourcing strategy for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) within Motion Drive Products segment.
- Manage key supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive cost optimization initiatives globally.
- Ensure supplier base sustainability, resilience, and performance while supporting business growth and meeting financial and operational targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management with strong understanding of EMS manufacturing processes.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Location options are China (Beijing), Finland (Helsinki), India (Bangalore), and US (New Berlin); onsite work model required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and implementing long-term sourcing strategies in EMS or related manufacturing fields.
- Demonstrates strong technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills, especially in Supplier Relationship Management and negotiation.
- Proven ability in budget and performance management within a global sourcing or supply chain context.
