About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of global mobility programs, tax compliance, relocation, immigration, and related services ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee internal and vendor stakeholder management, compliance with risk management requirements, and lead a small team to deliver global mobility services.
- Develop and use mobility performance indicators and data analytics to identify risks, improve processes, and support executive decision-making, including leveraging AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Minimum Requirements
- 16-20 years of progressive experience in managing global mobility operations, tax compliance, relocation, and immigration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cross-border mobility tax equalization, payroll reporting and withholding (actual and shadow), and cross-border equity reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
