About This Role
- Own and manage the corporate IT technology backbone including device management, identity, SaaS administration, and compliance for a fully remote, global workforce.
- Drive IT automation and roadmap by replacing manual workflows with scripting and workflow automation, ensuring scale and security as the company grows across 190+ countries.
- Maintain security and compliance controls (SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001), manage vendor and audit processes, and serve as senior escalation point for complex IT issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering supporting distributed teams.
- Hands-on expertise in mobile device management with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for macOS and Windows fleets.
- Identity and access management experience with Okta or equivalent, including SSO, MFA, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Experience in SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian), security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001), and scripting/automation (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or workflow tools).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing IT systems for fully distributed, global teams at scale with strong automation and security focus.
- Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor owning end-to-end corporate IT stack and governance.
- Familiarity or background in payments/fintech is a plus, especially in environments requiring strict compliance and least-privilege access models.
