About This Role
- Lead and execute large-scale enterprise generative AI implementation programs from planning through adoption and optimization.
- Manage multiple integrated workstreams ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, security, governance, and adoption.
- Establish and maintain program governance, risk mitigation, executive communication, and organizational change to embed generative AI capabilities sustainably in client organizations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
- 5+ years managing complex enterprise software, technology, platform, or digital transformation implementations.
- Strong understanding and experience with generative AI and related enterprise AI implementations.
- Experience leading multi-workstream, cross-functional programs involving business, technology, data, security, governance, and organizational change.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scaled delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS) managing concurrent workstreams with complex dependencies.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and communicate effectively with senior executives in technical and non-technical contexts.
- Background in driving AI capability adoption beyond deployment, ensuring operational readiness, governance, and measurable business impact.
