About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operations for warehouses and fulfillment centers (FCs) across India with focus on driving operational efficiency and expansion.
- Lead the design and optimization of warehouse layouts, SOPs, and staffing based on order volumes, SKU velocity, and demand patterns.
- Oversee project launches including last-mile delivery pilots and new warehouse setups involving vendor coordination and on-ground execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–15 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain with hands-on process design and SLA adherence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
- Role requires physical presence at Gurgaon HQ with significant travel to FC locations pan-India; candidates must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven independent team and stakeholder management.
