About This Role
- Own the technical delivery and quality of software solutions using ReactJS, Azure, .NET technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Lead technical aspects for assigned teams, resolving technical blockers and supporting tech leads and peers.
- Guide and coach junior team members while actively engaging with Agile/Scrum teams and product owners to deliver modules with strong domain knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years hands-on experience including at least 3 years working with ReactJS.
- Proficient in Azure, .NET/.NET Core, C#, SQL, and experience with Microsoft VSTS/ADO and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with distributed teams and in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years as stated in the JD.

- Experienced software engineer comfortable making technical decisions independently in the absence of a tech lead.
- Strong architectural understanding and performance focus in software design with proven ability to work in distributed, Agile teams.
