About This Role
- Design, architect, implement, test, profile, release, and optimize backend and frontend software/services primarily using RoR, Golang, Java, with microservices architecture.
- Partner with product managers to analyze requirements and plan engineering execution, including documenting high and low-level designs and performing code reviews.
- Mentor teammates, cross-train peers, and possess expert knowledge in performance, security, scalability, and software best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or related field from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Engineering and Web application development.
- Strong programming skills in RoR/Golang/Java, with knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, Java Spring Framework, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or equivalent) and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end delivery of complex web applications, including both backend microservices and frontend components using modern frameworks (React/Angular knowledge is a plus).
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including US-based stakeholders and product managers, capable of translating product requirements into technical execution.
- Able to produce high-quality, scalable, secure software with strong documentation and testing discipline, and mentor peers in best practices.
