About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Implement and manage JIRA-GitHub integrations ensuring traceability from user stories to deployments and automating workflow updates.
- Drive DevOps best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with development, QA, product, and infrastructure teams within an Agile delivery model.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, YAML pipeline development, and workflow automation.
- Experience with JIRA administration, AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and secure CI/CD practices.
- Ability to work 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift as specified.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant DevOps and CI/CD roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end software delivery automation with strong hands-on expertise in GitHub Actions and Agile delivery environments.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, product managers, and infrastructure for process integration and improvements.
- Proficient in infrastructure automation, secure DevOps practices, and implementation of tools for traceability and reporting in complex enterprise settings.
