About This Role
- Design and implement complex changes across multiple platform components and define software components or solution architecture patterns.
- Lead architectural decisions on design approaches, interoperability, integration, latency, cost, observability, and safety involving AI/LLM technologies.
- Mentor team members, consult with project teams and product management, and evaluate external technologies for product inclusion.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable leading AI-first engineering using AI coding assistants and building AI/Agentic capabilities with technologies such as AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, and LLM APIs like Anthropic Claude and OpenAI.
- Experienced in making strategic architectural decisions balancing performance, cost, and safety for AI-integrated production applications.
- Effective mentor and communicator capable of influencing teams and managing risks in complex software projects.
