About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple client data engineering workstreams focused on Microsoft Fabric-based modernization, cloud data platform delivery, and enterprise data transformation.
- Oversee design, build, and support of scalable data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake, ensuring adherence to governance, security, and performance standards.
- Manage project plans, budgets, team mentoring, stakeholder communication, and delivery coordination across diverse client engagements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in data engineering and platform delivery.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience leading Microsoft Fabric solutions development, architecture definition, and client engagements.

- Experienced leader who has managed Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake data modernization initiatives across multiple client projects.
- Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and oversee enterprise-grade data platform development with a focus on governance, security, and performance.
- Capable of coaching and mentoring teams within Agile delivery environments while managing stakeholder relationships and pre-sales activities.
