About This Role
- Lead design, development, integration, and operational support of complex enterprise applications including Java/.NET services, Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native AWS applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and maintain technical documentation such as design diagrams and API contracts.
- Explore and implement AI/ML technologies including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows to enhance business solutions, while mentoring engineers and reinforcing data security and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven expertise in cloud-hosted enterprise applications development, especially on AWS, including Java/.NET, microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and secure software development practices; familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools preferred.
