About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of large-scale software implementation projects with ownership of solution architecture.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions and conduct technical analysis for optimization.
- Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA from a premium institute.
- Experience working on critical and large-scale software implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and application development.
- Proficiency in Java/Springboot/Angular/Nodejs; full stack experience preferred.

- Experienced solution architect with hands-on exposure to designing scalable and innovative solutions in complex environments.
- Ability to engage with clients to understand and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Proficient in drafting detailed requirement documents and collaborating closely with development teams using open-source technologies.
