About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven QA automation systems covering browser, API, data, and workflow layers.
- Develop automated tests and synthetic data that run on every code change, enabling rapid detection of real defects before release.
- Own the full QA pipeline from requirements to evidence production, including debugging flaky tests and integrating AI agents in testing workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with ability to write, debug, and maintain code.
- Experience with QA automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, or similar, and CI/CD pipelines integration.
- Practical experience using AI agents to generate or improve tests and ability to seed bugs to prove test effectiveness.
- Remote work from India with availability approximately 6 PM to 12 AM IST for collaboration.
