About This Role
- Own and execute product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Coupang’s core internal finance and accounting platforms.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, technical requirements, design, build, deployment, and optimization with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
- Partner closely with finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and audit teams to automate workflows, improve month-end processes, and maintain high data integrity and automation metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related technical/quantitative field.
- 8+ years experience in product management, program management, solutions architecture, or software development delivering large-scale enterprise software products.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial processes into scalable software requirements and manage competing priorities in matrixed environments.
- Outstanding communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical partners and leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling enterprise-grade internal platforms with deep understanding of finance and accounting domain workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and lead complex platform initiatives from strategy through delivery under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with API/platform architecture and enterprise financial systems like general ledgers, revenue recognition, or ERP systems preferred but not mandatory.
