About This Role
- Own end-to-end product delivery including UI/UX design, backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking until feature release.
- Translate vague customer/founder requests into detailed workflows, prototypes, acceptance criteria, and prioritized development work.
- Collaborate closely with founder, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to maintain and execute product roadmap and accelerate engineering throughput.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Mid-level with experience running sprints and software delivery.
- Strong UI/UX design skills with real examples of product flows, prototypes, or shipped interfaces.
- Daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for product research, drafting, prototyping, and delivery support.
- India-based, remote work with mandatory availability 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST for meetings and collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on product ownership combining design and delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Skilled at clarifying ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable user flows and acceptance criteria with technical collaboration.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance product discovery, prototyping, and backlog hygiene without losing accountability.
