About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of software solutions leveraging Azure AI and related technologies to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams focusing on software engineering best practices, innovation, and quality delivery.
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and successful completion while collaborating on quality, timelines, and deliverables with leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) mandatory.
- Must have expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, Azure App Service, and Azure Function.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in software engineering with skills in Python, Java, JavaScript and experience in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
- Experienced in strategic planning and execution aligning technology projects with business objectives in consulting or client-focused environments.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in mentoring and developing team members within technology-driven transformation projects.
