About This Role
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
- Track and report sprint progress using Agile tools such as Azure DevBoards, ensuring compliance and audit accuracy.
- Coordinate cross-team issue resolution and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Master's in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
- Proficient in Agile Methodology, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and project management tools including Azure DevBoards.
- Language proficiency: English at C2 level; flexible to work any shifts including weekends; work type: Hybrid in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in facilitating Agile Scrum processes and removing impediments to team progress within technology delivery environments.
- Skilled in cross-team collaboration and communication for effective sprint execution and issue resolution.
- Ability to apply Agile metrics and compliance standards to track and improve team performance.
