About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of full-stack product features using AI coding agents, including design, implementation, testing, release, and production maintenance.
- Break product requirements into tasks executable by AI agents and review/debug all AI-generated code to ensure quality and architectural consistency.
- Mentor junior engineers in AI-native workflows and help define standards for AI-augmented software development at the company.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with APIs, databases, permissions, integrations, and front-end workflows.
- Proven hands-on experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) for multi-step software development tasks, not just autocomplete.
- Capability to manually debug and correct AI-generated code and tests; experience owning and troubleshooting production systems or incidents.
- Work schedule requires availability for live collaboration meetings between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM IST; remote work based in India.

- Operates effectively as an independent technical owner responsible for shipping high-quality software with AI augmentation in a startup environment.
- Experienced in balancing AI agent delegation with rigorous manual review to maintain test reliability, architectural integrity, and production stability.
- Comfortable working autonomously across the full stack including frontend, backend, data pipelines, and infrastructure adjacent concerns with startup speed and ambiguity.
