About This Role
- Deliver month end close reporting and support site finance with product costing and annual standard setting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls while preparing reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
- Participate in global projects to standardize and improve processes within GSK's finance operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years post-qualification experience in accounting related fields.
- Master’s degree in finance or CIMA/ACCA/relevant qualification.
- Expert level Excel skills; strong knowledge of SAP and Power BI; data analytics tools knowledge preferred.
- Fluent in English.

- Experienced in management accounting and reporting within a manufacturing environment.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and driving process improvements.
- Experienced in digitalization, standardization, and transition of finance processes, preferably with SAP Analytics Cloud.
