About This Role
- Accountable for financial reporting accuracy, controls, and month/quarter/year end activities across a Cluster of Commercial Markets/Global Entities.
- Manage and oversee a Controllership team, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives in financial reporting and analysis, collaborating with global, regional, and BPO teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Extensive post-qualification experience: 7+ years in Controllership and Finance Partnering, total 16 years in finance processes.
- Experience managing sizeable teams, working in GBS and BPO environments, and familiarity with SAP/S4Hana, Lumira, Power BI, and Agentic AI.

- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage large, diverse finance teams within pharmaceutical or similar operating models.
- Strong in driving digital transformation, process improvements, automation, and standardization in finance functions.
- Comfortable working across remote, multicultural, global environments and engaging with senior stakeholders at multiple levels.
