About This Role
- Ensure client security infrastructures are correctly configured, installed, tested, and operational with zero missed SLA conditions.
- Handle and resolve complex, high-complexity security incidents and problems as a third-line support engineer, including root cause analysis and operational improvements.
- Create knowledge articles, train junior team members, provide inputs to automation teams, and potentially manage projects within the security technology domain.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
- Strong background in IT engineering, preferably in medium to large ICT organizations.
- Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.

- Experienced in advanced technical troubleshooting and best practices within security managed services.
- Capable of planning and managing projects and activities proactively.
- Strong client-focused communicator with ability to work across cultures and under pressure.
