About This Role
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding to meet hiring targets.
- Manage core HR operations covering employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure consistent HR processes and positive workplace environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms and employee data management.
- Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (implied onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling operations hiring or bulk recruitment, preferably in BPO, consulting, operations, or service industry.
- Skilled in managing multiple open positions with strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Able to maintain strict HR compliance and employee lifecycle management within a fast-paced environment.
