About This Role
- Manage and update shareholder database in Transfer Agency system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches according to regulatory standards.
- Support client servicing by responding to queries and preparing reports, while assisting AML and compliance efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Preferably located in Mumbai with readiness to work any shift including night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Approximately 1 year experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or financial services preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with fund administration or transfer agency systems is advantageous.

- Experienced in transfer agency operations with foundational knowledge in AML and compliance processes.
- Capable of handling high-volume transaction processing with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communicator with client servicing orientation and ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a shift-based work environment.
