About This Role
- Serve as the primary contact for LPs, GPs, and Investor Relations, managing complex queries, reporting requests, and side letter obligations.
- Oversee quarterly and annual US GAAP/IFRS financial statements, capital activity approval, valuation support, and regulatory reporting compliance.
- Lead audit coordination, implement and monitor internal controls and process improvements, and manage a team of analysts ensuring technical and client service excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/ACA preferred.
- 10+ years in private equity fund accounting or alternatives with strong client-facing experience.
- Expertise in US GAAP/IFRS, waterfall mechanics, carried interest, and investor economics.
- Familiarity with PE accounting platforms such as Investran, eFront, or Allvue.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex investor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders including Deal Teams, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and auditors.
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing technical teams in fund accounting or private equity contexts.
- Strong operational focus on process optimization, audit readiness, and timely, accurate financial reporting aligned with investor service excellence.
