About This Role
- Lead design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise AI chatbot and low-code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform for strategic business use cases.
- Provide technical and functional leadership including architectural guidance, governance enforcement, and mentorship to ensure measurable business outcomes from AI investments.
- Partner with business and AI governance teams to build Copilot Studio expertise, establish a scalable low-code AI operating model, and drive adoption across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Strong experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 8 years of relatable work experience in a fast-paced business environment.
- Location requirement: Pune, Noida, or Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale low-code or AI initiatives with deep knowledge of conversational AI design and performance optimization.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with ability to enforce governance, security, and compliance in regulated environments.
- Capable of stakeholder management and familiar with Center of Excellence models, KPI tracking, and driving AI adoption and ROI measurement.
