About This Role
- Lead design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise AI agents, chatbots, and low-code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Agent OS, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search.
- Provide architectural guidance, governance oversight, and mentorship to ensure measurable business outcomes from AI initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to establish a scalable, governed AI operating model, build SME capability, and drive adoption across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, Agent OS, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and enterprise AI integration patterns.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale low-code or AI initiatives, including governance, security, and Responsible AI compliance.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 8 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced business environment. Onsite Requirement: Pune or Noida locations with hybrid work (office presence expected Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

- Experienced technical and functional leader capable of defining AI architecture, standards, and reusable frameworks in an enterprise setting.
- Strong capability in mentoring, stakeholder management and building Center of Excellence or shared services models for AI and low-code development.
- Skilled in driving AI adoption via governance, KPIs, ROI measurement, and cross-functional collaboration with business and AI governance teams.
