About This Role
- Drive pre-production and production planning and oversee delivery execution for assigned vendors, ensuring continuous improvement to meet production goals.
- Manage production exceptions, validate production data accuracy, and communicate production and delivery status to internal departments and vendors.
- Collaborate across functions and with vendors to resolve issues impacting quality, delivery, and compliance; conduct frequent factory visits to review production status and enforce vendor adherence to processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in production planning or related domain.
- General proficiency with relevant tools, systems, and procedures for production and delivery management.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (~10%).

- Experience working directly with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve production and delivery performance.
- Proven capability in problem-solving with moderate guidance and exercising decision-making within defined parameters.
