About This Role
- Lead month-end close and deliver accurate profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports for assigned entities.
- Provide variance and commercial analysis to guide business decisions and collaborate on budgets and forecasts with business partners.
- Improve accounting processes and controls, support audits ensuring IFRS and local compliance, and coach team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, finance controlling, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting rules; practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP and strong Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading or coaching small to medium finance teams with hands-on financial planning and analysis skills.
- Proficient with reporting and automation tools like Power BI or Tableau and familiar with audits and regulatory filings in an international context.
- Commercially minded with ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and comfortable working in fast-moving, transformative environments.
