About This Role
- Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture operating model, governance processes, and knowledge repositories to ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Manage and prioritize architecture work intake, capacity, and execution tracking using Jira and Confluence as key tools.
- Develop and deliver executive dashboards, governance reports, and continuous process improvements to increase transparency and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years in technology program management, Agile delivery, PMO, or related discipline.
- Experience administering Jira workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
- Work onsite in-office at least 3 days per week as this role requires in-person collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in Agile delivery and program management within technology organizations, preferably with significant Jira and Confluence administration experience.
- Strong ability to coordinate architecture-related work and governance across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable interacting with senior technology leaders and architects, capable of preparing executive-level presentations and governance materials.
