About This Role
- Manage logistics and operations for information security and privacy training programs, ensuring smooth execution and quality database maintenance.
- Support CISO team with financial/service slide decks, reporting, supplier onboarding, and security coordination activities including Business Continuity Planning and disaster recovery program coordination.
- Act as a business engagement point for Security department, overseeing security service delivery and managing service demand efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in MIS and Oracle requisition management.
- Graduate degree in finance or commerce (A Levels or equivalent qualification).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience working with UK stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting and coordinating large-scale security training and governance programs within enterprise environments.
- Capable of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships at multiple organizational levels, including international teams.
- Effective in operational roles requiring precise reporting, project support, and business continuity planning in security context.
