About This Role
- Lead technical development and modernization of Bank's platform using cloud-native architecture and microservices.
- Define and enforce technical standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality and timely delivery of backend Java components.
- Coordinate across Product, QA, Operations, and Infrastructure teams and drive adoption of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with Java.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect role.
- Experience in Platform Modernization or Migration projects within Financial Services or Banking industry.
- Proficient in backend Java including Microservices, Spring Boot, concurrency, low latency systems, and familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in senior technical leadership within complex, regulated banking environments focused on platform modernization.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native backend Java technologies and associated DevOps practices.
- Capable of managing technical risks and collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
