About This Role
- Lead and manage a cross-functional Agile team including developers, QA automation, and DevOps engineers, owning sprint delivery and team growth.
- Own the product backlog and roadmap for platform services, prioritizing features, technical debt, and operational improvements with stakeholder collaboration.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, architecture decisions, and driving engineering practices across backend Java microservices and cloud-native platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification required.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Technical skills: Java microservices, cloud (GCP), ReactJS frontend knowledge, Python scripting, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, test automation; domain experience in enterprise SaaS and IP management preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable switching between strategic product ownership and hands-on technical execution in Agile environments.
- Strong background in backend microservices, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and quality engineering practices.
- Familiar with IP management or brand protection domains and enterprise SaaS settings, with capability to manage remote teams and influence cross-team alignment.
