About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and technical design of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions including Core HR, Recruiting, Time and Labour, and Absence Management modules.
- Oversee integrations, reporting, data migration, deployment, production support, and continuous optimisation of Oracle HCM implementations.
- Provide technical leadership and stakeholder partnership to ensure solutions align with business strategy, security standards, and operational priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise applications or IT consulting experience with substantial hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM delivery.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong technical hands-on capability with Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST and SOAP web services, BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Experience leading complex Oracle HCM technical workstreams in large, regulated or multinational organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and vendors in matrix environments with influence and quality oversight.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and related modules, with practical knowledge of integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and release management.
- Experienced in bridging business strategy with technology delivery, capable of managing complex projects prioritizing risk, compliance, and solution scalability.
