About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and optimization of data engineering pipelines using Python and Apache Spark.
- Manage and process large-scale datasets (terabytes) in production to support data lake/lakehouse architectures.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and cost efficiency, leveraging AWS cloud services.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Python with libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark or Hadoop distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS cloud development (preferred). Notice period: Immediate/15 days or serving with last working day within 30 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large-scale production data pipelines and distributed computing technologies.
- Strong background in data lake/lakehouse architectures and ETL performance tuning.
- Comfortable working night shift hours (6:30 pm to 4:30 am) and meeting tight delivery timelines.
